You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use Autopost Ninja. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
When you purchase Autopost Ninja or addons, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with the license terms (Regular or Extended License).
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our products without written permission.
Unauthorized use, including reverse-engineering or code redistribution, is strictly prohibited.
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Envato).
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided where required by law or under Envato’s refund policy (if purchased via Envato).
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment details.
Each license includes 6 months of free support (if purchased via Envato) and access to product updates during that period.
Support covers installation guidance, bug fixes, and basic usage issues. It does not include custom development, server configuration, or third-party API setup.
Continued support and updates require license renewal.
You agree not to:
Misuse the services or attempt unauthorized access.
Use Autopost Ninja for illegal activities, spamming, or violating third-party platform policies (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Circumvent licensing systems or attempt to share cracked versions of the software.
Autopost Ninja integrates with third-party APIs (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
We are not responsible for any changes, limitations, or issues caused by these platforms.
It is your responsibility to comply with their respective Terms of Service.
Autopost.ninja and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software or services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or compatibility with all hosting environments.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account/license if you violate these Terms, misuse the software, or engage in illegal activity.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
